For directors, VFX and post

For directors, VFX and post

Take shots through tracked motion, localized replacement, and governed finishing, with explicit staging, protected operations, and readback, so the work in post is recorded, not just rendered.

Who this is for: directors and VFX / post artists who want control and a verifiable record over their shots, not a black box.

The journey

  1. Plan the look in Auteur Film. Motion control and the visual pipeline carry an approved story into shots. Apply for the Founding Beta, /founding-beta/.

  2. Build mattes and finish in Auteur Edit. Tracked matte building and exact screen finishing, brought into a governed DaVinci Resolve workflow with explicit staging and protected operations. Used on real footage. Request Invitation, /founding-beta/?track=invite.

  3. Previs from the engine, when you need it, in Auteur Game. Engine previs feeds back into the film pipeline. Request Developer Access, /founding-beta/?track=developer.

What stays true across the journey

Governed finishing means the destructive step is staged and protected, and a readback tells you what actually happened to the shot. The record of each operation is built from what ran, not from a claim that it ran.

Works with the agent you already use

Bring your own agent. Auteur is an amplification and accountability layer, never a replacement for your harness, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, Antigravity, OpenClaw, Hermes, or any spec-compliant MCP client, each at its own published compatibility status. See Integrations.

Take the next step

If finishing is where you feel the pain, start there. Request Invitation, /founding-beta/?track=invite. A small, deliberately limited cohort; this starts a conversation with us, and seats, when offered, are paid.
