# Auteur Intelligence — Service Providers and Subprocessors

**Version 2026-10-02**

## In plain words

Auteur Intelligence uses third-party companies to operate parts of our website, cloud service, authentication, storage, billing, email delivery, and infrastructure.

This page identifies the principal providers used by Auteur-operated services and distinguishes them from third-party AI, media, software, and creative services that customers choose to connect using their own accounts.

Customer-directed providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A customer-directed provider is not automatically an Auteur subprocessor merely because Auteur can connect to it on the customer's instructions.

This page forms part of the Auteur Intelligence Privacy Policy.

## 1. Company operations and public website

**Vercel**

Role: hosting and delivery of the public Auteur Intelligence website and related website functions.

**Purelymail**

Role: company email, including operational correspondence through Auteur Intelligence email addresses.

**Stripe**

Role: payment processing, subscription billing, trial payment-method collection, invoices, refunds, payment status, and related billing functions.

Auteur does not store customers' complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy practices.

**Skool**

Role: separate community or educational platform where an applicable Auteur offer expressly includes or uses Skool.

Skool is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

**GoDaddy and Cloudflare**

Role: domain registration, DNS, routing, security, or related domain and network services, depending on the applicable Auteur hostname and configuration.

## 2. Auteur Cloud infrastructure

**Hetzner**

Role: cloud compute and hosting infrastructure used to operate Auteur Cloud services and supporting systems.

**Supabase**

Role: authentication and PostgreSQL database services used for hosted accounts and supporting cloud functions.

**Cloudflare R2**

Role: object storage used by Auteur Cloud for applicable hosted files, exports, or service data.

**Cloudflare**

Role: DNS, edge routing, security, and related network services for Auteur-hosted services.

**Brevo**

Role: transactional email delivery and SMTP relay for applicable account and service communications.

## 3. Payment and trial processing

Where an Auteur offer includes a 7-day trial, the customer's accepted payment method is collected at signup by our payment processor.

The subscription fee is not charged at signup solely because the trial begins, although the payment processor may perform a temporary authorization or verification.

Unless the customer cancels before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins when the 7-day trial ends and the payment method on file is automatically charged the subscription price disclosed at signup, plus applicable taxes.

Payment information processed by Stripe is governed by Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

## 4. Customer-directed AI, model, media, and software providers

Auteur Products can connect to third-party providers selected by the customer.

Depending on the Product and connection method, these services may receive prompts, source files, media, instructions, model parameters, metadata, or other information necessary to perform the request the customer initiates.

Examples can include AI model providers, image, video and audio services, coding services, gateways, MCP services, APIs, creative applications, game engines, publishing platforms, social platforms, and locally installed software.

When a customer connects and pays a provider directly using the customer's own account, credentials, subscription, API key, OAuth authorization, CLI session, MCP connection, service account, or other supported method, that provider operates under its own agreement with the customer.

The customer's use of that provider is governed by the provider's current terms, privacy practices, retention rules, training settings, billing rules, usage limits, and technical requirements.

Auteur does not guarantee that a provider will continue to offer a particular account type, model, API, authentication method, subscription, licence, price, or service.

## 5. OpenRouter

OpenRouter may be available as a customer-selected connector through Auteur.

When a customer uses a customer-owned OpenRouter account or key, requests may be sent through OpenRouter to an upstream model provider selected through that account or route.

The customer is responsible for the OpenRouter account, provider configuration, upstream model choices, charges, and applicable provider terms.

Because OpenRouter can route requests to different upstream providers, the specific upstream recipient, retention practice, training policy, processing location, and model terms may vary according to the customer's selected route and current OpenRouter configuration.

## 6. Internal evaluation and operational providers

Auteur may use third-party infrastructure or model-routing services internally to evaluate, test, secure, monitor, or improve the operation of our own systems.

Where an internal service does not receive customer project content, it is not treated on this page as a customer-content processor merely because Auteur uses it for internal operations.

If an internal service begins processing customer content in a way that materially changes the disclosures in this Privacy Policy or provider list, we will update the applicable customer-facing information before or when that processing is introduced, as required by applicable law.

## 7. Customer-connected providers are separate from Auteur's own service providers

A third-party service can appear in an Auteur Product without becoming an Auteur-selected service provider for every purpose.

For example, when a customer connects a personal or business provider account and instructs Auteur to send a request using that account, the provider may be acting directly for the customer under the customer's provider agreement.

Auteur may still transmit information to that provider at the customer's direction, but the provider's own terms and privacy policy govern what it does with that information.

Customers should review those terms before sending sensitive or valuable material.

## 8. Changes to this list

Our infrastructure and supported integrations can change as the Products evolve.

We may add, replace, remove, or change service providers, subprocessors, infrastructure providers, or customer-directed integrations.

Where applicable law or a separate written agreement requires advance notice of a material subprocessor change, we will provide that notice.

The current version of this page identifies the providers and roles applicable to the services then offered.
